Gianni's is one of our favorite restaurants in Cheltenham. Not only do they serve quality food that is tasty and fresh their service is impeccable and personable, always friendly and attentive. It's not every restaurant that remembers you by name :)
I highly recommend the steak, having moved from Texas to Cheltenham I can say Gianni's steak is one of the best in this city ! -

I absolutely LOVE Gianni's restaurant! It's definitely one of my favourite places to eat in Cheltenham.
The staff are brilliant, and are a fine example of service as it should be. They are helpful, polite, efficient and genuine. The food, most importantly, is also of a very high standard - particularly considering that the prices are very reasonable.
I have eaten here on several occasions and I have always had a great time - the atmosphere is so cosy you can't help but love it.
It's also not very far from town, making it convenient if you have other plans in town.
Fine Italian food, reasonably priced. -

I've eaten here as a couple and a big party, the food was great for both and came fairly quickly despite being very busy (always a good sign!).
Pretty good prices, great staff and atmosphere.
Book on weekends though. -

I recently went here for my friend's baby shower - there were over 30 of us and I have to say the service was absolutely fantasitic - anything we wanted they brought quickly - the staff couldn't do enough to help.
The atmosphere was amazing - relaxed and informal and the food itself was delicious and authentic.
Would thoroughly recommend to all! -

Gianni's had been recommended to me by a colleague so with another colleague in tow i headed down there on a recent visit to Cheltenham. The staff were very friendly, however i was left rather unimpressed by the the anti pasti starter i had, the meat was ok but the accompanying salad was lacking in taste and comprised largely of pickled gerkhins, cauliflower etc. The quality took a bit of a step up with the Spaghetti Carbonara however but still wasn't the best i've had. Though i have had much worse!
In summary, 5* friendly waitress let down a bit by 3* food.
